Day 1 : Fes , Ifrane , Cedar Forest , Midelt , Middle Atlas , Ziz Valley , Merzouga: 460 km

Our driving guide will meet you at your Fes accommodation about 7/8 a.m. on the first day of our 3 days from Fes to Marrakech via Sahara desert tour and begin the journey across the Middle Atlas Mountains.

We’ll stop in Ifrane, which is known as Morocco’s “Switzerland.” Then we’ll carry on to Midelt, the famous apple town where we’ll have lunch, but first we’ll stop to see the barbarian monkeys in the largest cedar forest near Azrou. Later in the afternoon, we’ll drive to the Sahara desert, passing through amazing Berber settlements and the panoramic view of Ziz Valley, which is home to hundreds of palm trees, on our way to Tizi N’talghoumte pass (1907m).

Following that, we will arrive at Merzouga’s stunning land of sand dunes (Erg-Chebbi), where you will begin your Camel Trekking Adventure across the beautiful, unique orange-colored sand dunes to desert camp.

The fantastic feeling of feeding your soul while watching the beautiful sunset from the middle of the dunes. Dinner and nights will be in camp, with music playing and the opportunity to play under a million stars.

Day 2: Merzouga , Rissani Town , Tinghir , Todra Valley and Gorges , Boumalne , Dades Valley: 255 km

In the morning of our second day, private 3 Days from Fes to Marrakech Desert Sahara tour, it’s best to get up early for a beautiful sunrise, then return to Merzouga village by camel or car, then to Rissani town. We’ll take a stroll through the area’s most famous, traditional, and largest market, looking for locally manufactured goods and art crafts. Rissani is best visited on the following days: Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday. These three days are souk days, so it’s a nice time for folks in the desert to go shopping. Later, we’ll go to Tinghir via the Tafilalt Oasis, where we’ll be able to visit the old irrigation system.

We’ll arrive in Tinjdad town and have some free time for lunch. Then continue to Tinghir to see the breathtaking views of Todra Valley and walk along Todra Gorge with its orange towering cliffs; the gorges of Todra Gorge are about 1,000 feet deep, and it is a popular climbing destination. We’ll finish the day in Boumalne Dades, which has a lush green valley. Dinner and accommodation at a hotel or Riad.

Day 3 : Boumalne , Kelaa M’Gouna , Rose Valley , Ouarzazate , Atlas Studio , Ait Benhaddou Kasbah , High Atlas , Marrakech 312 km

We’ll leave after breakfast and head to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah via the Land of Roses and the Thousand Kasbahs Road. After that, we’ll travel to Ouarzazate, known as “Africa’s Hollywood,” where we’ll photograph the Kasbah Taourirte and visit a world-famous film studio (Atlas studios). We next proceed to the next stop, the old Kasbah of Ait-Benhaddou.

This fortified walled city, situated exactly on the caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara in the 12th century, was once a prosperous commercial hub. Six Kasbahs and a small number of dwellings are located within the high mud walls. Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia are two films in which Ait Benhaddou has appeared.

Following the Kasbah excursion, we will take a break for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll continue our journey to Marrakech via the High Atlas Passes. We’ll stop along the way to take in the breathtaking vistas of the Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’tichka Pass (2260m). To arrive in Marrakech in the evening, we will drop you off at your hotel, bringing the 3 Days from Fes to Marrakech Desert Sahara tour and our services to a close.
